2010 National Crime Victims Rights Week: Candlelight Service

A beautiful service with great attendance describes this year’s Crime Victims Candlelight Service.  Fresh Spring Baptist Church hosted a full sanctuary with a distinct presence of Sheriff Wagner, Freeport Police Chief Morrow, BACA, and the many coordinators that act as liaisons for our growing community of crime victims.  Testimony from a young BCCVO member rallied hope and President Tom Menard gave an encouraging reminder of our monthly meetings.  A special thanks to those involved in acquiring the “Bible Promises” books that we were able to distribute along with our information and tracts.
